I have to feel sorry for the libs. In their desperate attempts to delegitimize honest demands by decent citizens, they have sunk so low as to try to label the majority of the country as racist. Jeanine Garafalo, who continues to strum the racial chord ad nauseaum, is the perfect example of a closet racist.

In Bill Maher’s delusional state, he envisions statistics indicating the majority of the country is backing Obamacare. Whatever these people are using is obviously gobbling up their few remaining brain cells driving them deeper into la-la land, as evidenced by their hallucinatory remarks.

Obama continues to criticize the country that remains the envy of the world, thinking it will increase his stature in the eyes of our enemies. Instead, the world views him as a little man trying to disguise his ineptitude by diverting their focus to his pathetic verbalizations. Respect for America and her greatness endures because her people represent freedom, strength, courage, compassion, dignity, decency, morality, and a strong belief in God. America remains the greatest, strongest nation on earth, not because of Obama, but in spite of Obama.

The legitimate voices of lucid American’s representing all races, religions, ethnicities, and ideologies, who seek restoration of their government of the people, by the people, and for the people, will prevail.

On Wednesday, September 02, 2009, CNSNews.com cited a report “compiled by the Committee on Childhood Obesity Prevention Actions for Local Governments.” Evidently the ludicrous notion that not allowing fast food restaurants to open near schools and public playgrounds or in low-income communities will help to alleviate the obesity epidemic that continues to rise worldwide. As anyone who treats eating disorders will tell you, obesity is the result of trauma, poverty, uninformed decision making, illness, stress, and lack of exercise. Fast food will affect health and life span, but is not a stimulus for obesity.

Instead of punishing business and taking jobs away from residents in the affected communities, offer a more sensible solution like requiring these establishments to use better quality meats and other food products containing a lower fat content. Require them to replace buns and other bread items with similar products that are higher in fiber. Ban frying as a cooking method, and have fast food establishments offer more fruit, vegetables and alternative protein choices.

Allowing a large portion of the increased costs to be written off will help to avoid an increase in the price of menu items. It will also negate or diminish the burden of the higher costs businesses will incur as a result of these changes and avoid the possibility of forcing businesses to close, to cut back employee benefits, or having to reduce staff. An additional requirement could involve having “Ronald McDonald,” the “Burger King,” or any representative of fast food establishments give periodic lectures in schools on the benefits of healthy food choices. With the above changes, poverty will not deprive children in low-income areas who are subjected to the health-damaging effects of high fat, low fiber foods from the opportunity to eat a healthier diet. These changes will benefit consumers of fast food throughout the world.

The fast food industry does not have to be dealt a deathblow because of a worldwide obesity epidemic. Besides, what kid would not walk an extra block or two for McDonalds? Anyone who thinks limiting access to a Big Mac will help curb obesity is a fool. Playing the sympathy card will not trick the American public into allowing more business regulation. Whoever is behind this nefarious scheme to dismantle the American economy one business at a time is underestimating the intelligence, the will, and the determination of the American people to protect their government, their economy, and their country.

Destroying businesses is becoming a relentless pursuit for our government. The insurance industry was targeted under the ruse of the necessity to provide adequate healthcare for the alleged millions of Americans without insurance coverage. Instead of generating sympathy as envisioned by Obama and cohorts, it unleashed an unprecedented backlash against Obamacare from the majority of the population who are satisfied with their health coverage. We are all aware the insurance industry has to make major changes. However, our healthcare delivery system is the envy of the world and should not have to be dismantled to extend coverage to those who are not insured, for whatever reason, or to change insurance company policies that deny coverage for pre-existing conditions and catastrophic illness, or to reduce insurance premiums. This is the same reasoning used for fighting childhood obesity by regulating the areas in which fast food establishments can be located. Either our elected officials are lacking in the mental resources needed for coming up with sensible, viable, non-destructive solutions, or they view the American people as helpless pawns in their plot to weaken our economy and force us to accept their socialistic views.

Capitalism, the motivating force behind America’s greatness, has become a dirty word for some. It sticks in their mouths, turns their stomachs. No matter what their methods, or how many times they try to deceive us, we are quick to discern the real motives behind this:
On Tuesday, Adewale Troutman, director of the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness in Louisville, Kentucky, addressed the National Academy of Sciences in Washington in reference to the proposed fast food restaurant regulations. He stated, “This is about culture change…Every sector of society needs to be involved in this culture change.”

There it is again, “CHANGE”. If a word is repeated often enough, it eventually takes hold with the power to alter thought patterns. The power of positive thinking, mantras, meditation, and other forms of behavior modification offer proof of the power of words. We have additional proof when we recall Jim Jones, the notorious cult leader and perpetrator of the Jonestown massacre. Further proof is offered by a presidential candidate, totally unqualified for the position, with questionable and dangerous associations, and possibly not even an American citizen, who is able to attain the most powerful position in the world. Witnessing his ability to utilize the power of words to motivate and control more than half the population of our nation offers a frightening and compelling argument for the veracity of my opinions. Whether or not you agree, Obama makes Jim Jones look like small “change.”

Look at the inroads already achieved: the takeover of banks, car companies, regulation of salaries, the impending destruction of the insurance industry and our healthcare delivery system, the deceptive policies that will ultimately lead to euthanasia for the weak, the elderly, and the infirm, assisted suicide as an alternative for the brave veterans who fought to defend our freedom. A conversion to socialism is the silent battle cry that motivates some members of our government! But, to those who think they can gradually peel away the fabric of democracy one thread at a time, I say, “Wise up,” you will never win. We are Americans, we are and always will be the envy of the world for our freedoms, our compassion, our strength and courage.

Out of an honest desire for change, we may have unknowingly given you the power and ability to force your devious, despicable and destructive agenda upon us, but in the end, we will be victorious. America is more than just a bunch of people occupying a land mass. The blood, suffering, and agony of generations of her people to create this great nation by overcoming every obstacle to equality and freedom, by winning one valiantly fought battle at a time, unite us as one family, regardless of race, creed, ethnicity or ideology. And, like individual families, no matter how angry members may be with each other, if one member faces a problem, the entire family pitches in to deal with it. America’s strength is secured by a constitution that protects hard-earned freedoms and rights. We are one nation, one people, one giant foe of tyranny, oppression, and social injustice wherever they are found, even within America’s borders. Unless your name is David and you have one mighty big rock, the nation you seek to destroy, the people you are determined to control, the constitution you denounce and desire to replace with your nihilist principles, will inevitably defeat you.

The Obama administration continues to use seniors for target practice. If he cannot exterminate them with Obamacare, he will starve them out by eliminating the cost of living adjustment (COLA) for the next two years. The rationale for this potentially fatal blow to seniors: Inflation has been negative this year because energy prices are below 2008 levels.

Unfortunately, seniors cannot eat energy. Many seniors shop at WalMart. I am also a WalMart shopper, and, over the past several months, the prices on items I routinely purchase have continued to rise with some items costing $2.00 more today than they cost three months ago. With expected increases in prescription drug insurance premiums, and the corresponding increases in co-payments on medications, how are seniors expected to survive. Andrew (Scrooge) Biggs obviously does not have this problem as evidenced by his remark, “Congress has to be able to tell people they are not getting everything they want.” I am surprised he did not add, “Let them eat cake!”

Surviving the financial burden of Obama’s slaughtering of America’s economy is a feat to drain the life out of the hardiest among us. As they watch their incomes dwindle, the emotional and physical strain inflicted upon seniors will make them easy targets for Obamacare’s euthanasia options included in end of life counseling.

As our country mourns the loss of Ted Kennedy, we must also say a final goodbye to what most Americans considered their “Royal Family” and watch as their survivors slip into the ranks of the common folk. With Ted Kennedy’s passing, we are united in a spirit of thanks. Not so much for any specific contribution the Kennedys made for the advancement of our society, but for the dream from which we must now awaken. Through them, we vicariously experienced the carefree life of the privileged. We admired their boldness, were inspired by their strength and courage in the face of tragedy, we gleefully gossiped about their indiscretions, and vehemently condemned their misdeeds. They were America’s princes and princesses and their lives were a perpetual “best seller” eagerly devoured by all.

It is unfortunate that some in the Democratic Party want to tarnish the dream with a devious scheme to pass legislation the majority of the country is opposed to by taking advantage of the empty place in our hearts as we reach the end of the novel. Regardless of political affiliation, most of us placed the Kennedys above the pettiness and desperation now being displayed by democrats. However, we are not so weakened by tragedy that we can be fooled by this despicable scheme.

If democrats were to honestly asses the possibility of Ted Kennedy surviving as long as he did if sought medical treatment under Obama’s healthcare plan, they would realize it would not have been possible. At age 77, a typical patient would receive end of life counseling and be subtly coerced into making it legal for the government to deny him treatment by signing a DNR. Following Obama’s script, a doctor receiving financial compensation for this vile act, would convince the patient–in his state of despair and confusion, that his signature on this document would “avoid burdening his family with the mental anguish and financial responsibility his illness would impose upon them.” I believe the patient would be allowed pain medication, at least I hope this would not be denied a dying patient. For those who have never seen a DNR, you can authorize the withdrawal of nutrition and hydration (food and water) by placing your initials in a box. This is legal euthanasia. Although I have not seen this provision in HR 3200, the patient may possibly be offered the same exit recommended to our disabled veterans–assisted suicide.

Putting Ted Kennedy’s name on the healthcare destruction bill cannot magically change this pile of dung into a horn of plenty.

Obama’s stupidity and obvious inability to lead represent a karmic payback for the vicious attacks by the left against Bush. Whatever Bush may have done wrong, he did not deserve the abuse he was forced to endure. Obama, on the other hand, is not only unqualified and unfit to lead, he has placed the running of our country in the hands of criminals. His policies appear to be geared to correcting “Reverend Wright’s roster of America’s dastardly deeds” rather than securing the safety, health, and stability of our nation.

No Republican president, at least not in my time, has ever sent bus loads of hooligans to attack senior citizens, or any citizen, for exercising their constitutional right to express opinions, whether positive or negative. In no previous administration, Democratic or Republican, have members of Congress attempted to spread deliberate and vicious lies in an attempt to discredit decent members of society. What has happened to our “representatives of the people?” Have they all lost their minds?

Obama’s affiliation with anti-Americans, thugs, and terrorists should have disqualified him from running for any public office. Democrats were so desperate to win the white house, they would have nominated John Gotti, the famous gangster who earned the title of “the last celebrity mobster.” That title is now being resurrected to be claimed by Obama.

Barack’s attack on seniors continues with the announcement that there will be no cost of living adjustment (COLA) in Social Security checks for the next two years. Cost of living adjustments are pegged to inflation, which has been negative this year. This news has not yet reached all seniors, but when it does, their objections will rip through the country like an earthquake. The ballot box will provide payback to the Democrats for increasing the financial burden faced by all seniors with the annual escalation in Medicare part B and prescription coverage premiums.

Has Obama looked at WalMart prices recently? They increase weekly! Electric bills increase monthly, and even with reductions in usage, they run higher than most mortgage payments. The cost of living is continually rising for everyone, but for the unemployed, low income families, and people living on fixed incomes, it has the greatest impact. The annual cost of living adjustment included in Social Security benefits did not represent a windfall profit for seniors, but it did provide a minimal amount of help with living expenses. Taking that away from them does not represent fiscal responsibility on the part of the government. It represents Obama’s payback to all the “unamerican” seniors who dared to oppose his healthcare reform.

Why are Bill O’Reilly and Geraldo Rivera, who have reputations for being fair and balanced, denying the clear and frightening language written into Obama’s healthcare plan in reference to end of life medical decisions. The government, not the patient’s family and doctor, will decide if our loved ones will be allowed medication, food, and water as they approach the end of their lives. This is euthanasia! Geraldo refers to Sarah Palin’s comments about death panels as whacky, but the only fool here is the one who reads HR 3200 and fails to understand the clearly laid out plans for the extermination of the elderly to finance insurance coverage for those Obama considers more worthy of health benefits.

This is the ultimate invasion of privacy! There is no indication of who will be doing the monitoring, how it will be done, what they will do with this personal information, and how they will get people to comply with the governments view of how much they should weigh, what they should be eating, and whether or not they will smoke. As stated in the bill, this information is considered part of “community makeover plans.” In pre-Obama America, community makeover plans involved structural changes. They never included making over the residents!
